On 17 July 2025, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued a permanent injunction and monetary judgment against Ecom Genie Consulting LLC, Alpine Management Group Inc., and Vicenza Capital Corp. over deceptive marketing of e-commerce business opportunities and false earnings claims.
