On 14 July 2025, the Secretariat of the National Cybersecurity Standardisation Technical Committee (TC260) opened a public consultation on the standard on Cybersecurity Technology — Interconnection and Interoperability of cybersecurity products on functional interfaces, until 12 September 2025. The standard applies to cybersecurity vendors and users in sectors including government, telecommunications, and finance. The standard establishes unified communication protocols, security requirements, and data formats to enable seamless interoperability among diverse cybersecurity products. The standard covers functional collaboration and information sharing across identification, protection, monitoring, and response capabilities. Aligning with national laws and existing standards, it aims to reduce integration costs, enhance coordinated defence, and improve incident response efficiency.
