Settlement between FTC and Fashion Nova on online reviews
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a settlement with Fashion Nova following a complaint by the FTC on the company's deceptive product review system. Under the settlement, Fashion Nova will pay $4.2 million and will be prohibited from misrepresenting any customer review: in particular, the company will be obliged to post all customer reviews except the ones containing obscene, racist or unlawful material.
