Greece: Hellenic Competition Commission publishes interim report on e-commerce sector inquiry

On 2 August 2021, The Hellenic Competition Commission published the Interim Report in the context of the sector inquiry into e-commerce. This sector investigation is part of a larger set of initiatives taken by the HCC to safeguard consumers during the pandemic. Through its results, it aims to improve Greece's online economy and to offer an in-depth analysis of Greece's digital markets as well as to examine major concerns connected to both the behavior of businesses and the regulatory framework.
