On 22 May 2025, a resolution was introduced in the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina requesting disclosure from the National Executive Branch regarding the investigation into the crypto asset LIBRA (No. 2575-D-2025). The resolution instructs the Executive, through the Ministry of Justice, to provide detailed information on the operations, findings, documentation, and outcomes of the Task Investigation Unit (UTI), which had been established by Decree 114/2025 and dissolved by Decree 332/2025. The UTI was mandated to investigate activities related to LIBRA.
