Brunei Darussalam: Association of Southeast Asian Nations adopted Community Vision 2045 on Resilient, Innovative, Dynamic, and People-Centred ASEAN was adopted

On 26 May 2025, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) adopted the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 on Resilient, Innovative, Dynamic, and People-Centred ASEAN. The outline emphasises enhanced ASEAN Connectivity, which includes sustainable infrastructure, digital innovation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The vision also focuses on developing a leading digital and technological Community with an open, secure, and interoperable digital ecosystem, and aims for economic resilience through advanced technologies, supply chain integration, and local currency usage.
