United States of America: National Institute of Standards and Technology adopted patch release on Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organisations (SP 800-53 5.1.1)

On 7 November 2023, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) issued a patch release of its Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organisations (SP 800-53 5.1.1). The Controls group together a catalogue of tools for organisations to manage their cybersecurity risk. The patch release is the most recent version, but includes only minor changes to non-substantive material to the Controls.
