Russia: Tagansky District Court issued ruling against Apple Distribution International over alleged failure to delete online content classified as illegal

On 19 May 2025, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow issued a ruling against Apple Distribution International (Case No. 05-0379/2025) for a violation of Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offences. The provision concerns the failure of an internet resource owner to remove content that is subject to mandatory deletion under Russian law. The ruling resulted in the imposition of an administrative penalty.
