Parliament adopts reform of the Protection from Harassment Act
On 7 May 2019, the Parliament of Singapore enacted the reform of the Protection from Harassment Act (Poha). The reform includes strengthened protection for victims of harassments, falsehoods and other undesirable online behavior and the establishment of a specialist court for harassment matters.
