Ghana signed Council of Europe's Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention)

On 28 June 2023, Ghana signed the Council of Europe’s Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime. As the second African country to join, Ghana aims to enhance cybercrime investigations and international cooperation. The Protocol provides authorities with tools for cross-border collaboration and electronic evidence sharing.
