Algeria: Law No. 18-04 establishing the general rules relating to post and electronic communications including anti-competitive agreements regulation entered into force

On 13 May 2018, Law No. 18-04 establishing the general rules relating to post and electronic communications entered into force. Article 114 prohibits agreements between operators that distort competition, including collusion and misuse of competitor information.
