On 14 March 2025, the Haidian District Market Supervision Bureau and the Haidian District Data Bureau signed a memorandum of cooperation on credit supervision data sharing pilot with Meituan, Tencent, Ant Group and Dingdang. The objective of the pilot programme is to establish a government-enterprise coordination mechanism for credit data verification, platform governance based on regulatory data, and secure data transmission. Utilising trusted data space technology, platform enterprises will gain access to datasets, including the national list of abnormal business operations and the list of enterprises with serious legal violations. The pilot facilitates the verification of merchant qualifications, the categorisation of credit risk, and the implementation of platform-specific procedures for the management of business operators based on credit data. Data flows between the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, and Haidian District will be used to support data matching and credit assessment within platform ecosystems.
