Egypt: Egypt and South Africa signed Memorandum of Understanding on Competition Protection

On 31 August 2022, the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) and the South African Competition Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Competition Protection, aimed at strengthening the partnership between the two parties by establishing a general framework for bilateral communication and cooperation in the areas of competition law and policy, as well as their enforcement.
