On 30 October 2022, the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) and the General Authority for Competition in Saudi Arabia signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Competition Protection, aimed at promoting competition and combating monopolistic practices within the framework of the systems and laws of both parties.
