Egypt: Egypt and India signed Memorandum of Understanding in the field of competition protection

On 25 June 2023, the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) and the Competition Commission of India signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening the partnership between the two parties by providing a framework for their cooperation in the areas of competition law and policy, to ensure well-functioning markets and fostering economic prosperity in both Egypt and India.
