On 30 June 2014, the Prime Minister endorsed the text for Law No. 104-12 relating to freedom of prices and competition. The law prohibits anti-competitive agreements, including those that limit market access, artificially affect prices, or control production and markets. This covers collusive practices between competitors (Article 6).
