Morocco: Law No. 104-12 relating to freedom of prices and competition including merger control regulation was endorsed by Prime Minister

On 30 June 2014, the Prime Minister endorsed the text for Law No. 104-12 relating to freedom of prices and competition. The law includes provisions for regulating mergers and acquisitions.
