It mandates that AI-generated materials must include a watermark covering 30% of the content with 50% opacity, stating "Artificial Intelligence Generated Material." Exceptions apply to film and TV productions if AI is used without involving individuals or with their written consent. Violations of the watermark requirement are classified as a second-degree misdemeanour, with fines of USD 1,000 for the first offense and USD 10,000 for subsequent offenses within five years.
