China: Commerce Security and Regulatory Bureau adopted order adding Pacific Rim Defense, AEVEX Aerospace, LKD Aerospace and Summit Technologies to unreliable entity list over military technology sales to Taiwan

On 15 January 2025, the Security and Regulatory Bureau of China's Commerce Ministry announced the inclusion of four United States companies, Pacific Rim Defense, AEVEX Aerospace, LKD Aerospace, and Summit Technologies, in the unreliable entity list due to their involvement in arms sales to Taiwan. The list includes foreign companies deemed to threaten China's national security. The order imposes measures including prohibiting these companies from engaging in import and export activities related to China and banning new investments. It also mandates restricting entry for senior management personnel and cancelling work permits, stay, or residence qualifications for the executives.
