European Union: Published European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority Artificial Intelligence report

The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) published a report setting out artificial intelligence governance principles for the EU insurance sector. The aim of the report is to provide guidance to insurance companies when putting in place risk-based and proportionate measures. Moreover, the report identifies key principles to implement AI systems.
