Opened consultation on OECD inquiry into competition in online marketplaces

On 20 December 2024, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) opened a consultation as part of its inquiry into online marketplaces and digital competition in Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania until 27 January 2025. The inquiry aims to analyse the functioning of online marketplaces from the seller's perspective, identifying potential issues and proposing actionable recommendations.
