Regulation of Digital Communication Services (Executive Decree No. 21-44) including business registration requirement entered into force

On 20 January 2021, the Regulation of Digital Communication Services (Executive Decree No. 21-44) including the business registration requirement entered into force. The decree defines the exploitation regime applicable to each type of network granted to the public and various electronic communications services. The decree requires entities involved in the establishment and operation of electronic communications networks and the provision of electronic communications services to obtain a registration certificate from the postal and electronic communications regulatory authority.
