Prime Minister issued Regulation of Digital Communication Services (Executive Decree No. 21-44) including operational licence requirement

On 17 January 2021, the Prime Minister issued the Regulation of Digital Communication Services (Executive Decree No. 21-44), which includes operational licence requirements.
