Opened consultation on draft FCA discussion paper on regulating cryptoassets

On 16 December 2024, the FCA opened a consultation on a proposed financial services regulatory regime for cryptoassets until 14 March 2025. The discussion paper focuses on a Market Abuse Regime for Cryptoassets (MARC) and a Cryptoasset Admissions and Disclosure regime.
