Published Guidance on Personal Data Protection Practices of Minors in Digital Environments

On 9 December 2024, the Argentinian National Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) published two guides aimed at strengthening personal data protection practices for teenagers on online platforms. These guides are designed to improve recognition of privacy risks and adopt effective strategies to mitigate them. They also provide parents and educators with practical tools and pedagogical approaches to support teenagers in navigating digital environments safely.
