On 22 September 2021, the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation issued a notice on notice designating critical information infrastructure under the Cybersecurity Act 2020 (Act 1038). The identified critical providers include ICT, banking, energy, and health. The Minister for Communications and Digitalisation has designated specific computer systems and networks in these sectors as critical, with owners to be notified in writing.
