Announced GenAI Sandbox 2.0 for SMEs

On 29 October 2024, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) announced the second iteration of the Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) sandbox for small and medium-sized enterprises (GenAI Sandbox 2.0). The sandbox aims to enhance the AI capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The sandbox will provide curated GenAI solutions across three categories, generative web design for marketing and sales, virtual assistants for customer engagement, and GenAI for talent acquisition and onboarding. It is expected to benefit over 300 SMEs by offering approximately 15 GenAI solutions.
