Adopted AMF list of unauthorised foreign exchange market and crypto-derivative investment sites

On 22 October 2024, the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued a warning against several unauthorised actors offering investments in the non-regulated Forex market and in crypto-asset derivatives. The AMF and ACPR regularly update blacklists of sites identified as offering these investments without proper authorisation. The blacklist includes 37 sites in the Forex category. Investors are advised to consult official lists of authorised service providers before engaging with financial products or services to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and investor protection rules.
