European Union: Issued European Commission approval for acquisition of Epicor by CD&R and CVC

The Commission noted that Epicor was previously solely controlled by CD&R, and the transaction primarily involves enterprise application software. The Commission found no competition concerns due to the lack of horizontal overlaps and minimal vertical links between the company's activities.
