On 1 October 2024, the Central Bank (BSP) published a list of List of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) that are allowed to operate as a VASP in the Philippines. The list differentiates between non-bank VASPs, inactive/not operational non-bank VASPs, and inactive/not yet operational VASPs. These include Service Providers like Bloomsolutions Inc., Moneybees Forex Corp., and TopJuan Technologies Corporation.
