Description

Implemented ETDA order on terms and conditions reporting form for digital platform services (no. 5/2566)

On 3 January 2024, the Electronic Transactions Development Agency's (ETDA) order on terms and conditions reporting form for digital platform services (no. 5/2566) entered into force. The order establishes the requirement for digital platform operators in Thailand to submit a report on the publication of their terms and conditions, as well as any changes made to these terms and aims to ensure compliance with the Royal Decree on the Operation of Digital Platform Service Businesses, B.E. 2565 (2022). The order mandates that operators submit reports and evidence of the terms and conditions publication along with their annual notification of business operations. Any changes to the terms and conditions must also be reported to the ETDA. Submissions should be made through the Business Notification System or directly to the ETDA's office using the designated reporting forms.
