Vietnam: Implemented Decree No. 14/2022/ND-CP including operational license requirement

On 27 January 2022, Decree No. 14/2022/ND-CP came into force. The decree imposes penalties for operating without the required licences, including fines and the temporary suspension of activities. Furthermore, it allows for the revocation of licences in cases of repeated violations or failure to comply with the regulations. Additionally, any benefits gained from unlicensed activities must be surrendered to the authorities as part of the enforcement measures.
