Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading through Electronic System (GR80) is issued by the Indonesian government. The Regulation introduces various measures concerning contracts, payments, product delivery and businesses' obligations in transactions operated through electronic systems. Particularly, the Regulation introduces the duty for e-commerce businesses to prioritise and promote locally produced goods and services.
