Philippines: Issued Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11930

On 18 May 2023, the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for Republic Act No. 11930, known as the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act, were adopted. The rules establish the National Coordination Centre against OSAEC and CSAEM under the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) to develop programs addressing OSAEC and CSAEM.
