Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading through Electronic System (GR80) is issued by the Indonesian government. The Regulation introduces various measures concerning contracts, payments, product delivery and businesses' obligations in transactions operated through electronic systems. Particularly, the Regulation introduces a data deletion right for e-commerce services users.
