Opened consultation on license requirements framework for Cybersecurity Service Providers

An industry consultation on the Licensing Framework for Cybersecurity Service Providers is opened by the Singapore Cyber Security Agency (CSA). The consultation will end on 18 October 2021 and aims to draft the legislation to implement the licensing framework for cybersecurity service providers established by the 2018 Cybersecurity Act. In particular, the CSA searches feedback on the prescriptions concerning the professional conduct of licensees, the information that shall be shared to support CSA investigations and the notification requirements.
