On 28 October 2024, the National Information Security Standardisation Technical Committee (TC260) closes its public consultation on the "Cybersecurity Technology, Security Technology, Cybersecurity, Part 7: Guidelines for Network Virtualization Security" Guidelines. The Guidelines aim to identify security risks associated with network virtualisation and provide guidelines to enable its secure implementation. Network virtualisation is defined as a technology by which enables isolated networks on a shared physical network infrastructure.
