United Kingdom: Signed Letter of Intent by the UK and Vietnam regarding a cooperation in digital economy and digital transformation

On 1 November 2021, representatives of Vietnam and the UK signed a Letter of Intent showcasing the enhancement of cooperation in the areas of the digital economy and digital transformation. The representatives of both countries revealed their strategies and projects on the development of the digital economy. Furthermore, it was discussed how the two countries could work together and strengthen their partnership established in the UK-ASEAN Digital Innovation Partnership and the Asia-Pacific Digital Trade Network.
