Saudi Arabia: Published SDAIA Elaboration and Developing Privacy Policy Guideline

On 30 August 2024, the Elaboration and Developing Privacy Policy Guideline was issued by the Saudi Arabia Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA). The Guideline aims to guide entities subject to the Personal Data Protection Law in the preparation and development of their privacy policy. Furthermore, the Guideline provides a standard template for privacy policy for entities.
