The board of directors of Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) has approved the Regulation of the Inspection Process and Sanctioning Administrative Process. The Regulation sets out the details of both the inspection and sanction processes which are placed under the ANPD's jurisdiction in Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
