Denmark: DBA issues guide on data protection in electronic communications

On 24 June 2021, the Danish Business Authority (DBA), a unit of the Ministry of Business, has issued guidelines for providers of electronic communications services, including internet service providers, and email and messaging service providers. The guidelines are divided thematically and include general guidance, as well as guidelines on data breaches, risk management, traffic and location data, communication secrecy and call anonymity.
