European Union: Announced lawsuit on ECJ Case C 13/20 on decompilation with the purpose of troubleshooting

On 4 January 2020, the Court of Appeal of Belgium submitted the case concerning the company Top System SA against the Belgian State to the European Court of Justice (ECJ). The case concerns the possibility of decompilation of software under Article 5(1) of the EU Software Directive (Council Directive 91/250/EEC).
