Adopted Harmful Digital Communications (Appointment of Approved Agency) Order 2016 designating NetSafe as Approved Agency

On 30 May 2016, under the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, the Governor-General in Council, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, adopted the Harmful Digital Communications (Appointment of Approved Agency) Order 2016.
