Slovenia: Adopted Electronic Communications Act containing Net neutrality measures

The Electronic Communications Act is approved by the National Assembly of Slovenia on 20 December 2012. Article 203 on Network Neutrality prescribes that Internet Service Operators should not limit or slow down the internet traffic on the level of individual service or application.
