Denmark: Announced Danish Competition and Consumer Authority investigation into cloud services market

On 12 July 2024, the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority announced it was initiating an examination into the Danish market for cloud services. The objective of the examination is to identify potential competition issues in the cloud market for businesses and the public sector, in particular concerning users’ experience regarding their use and purchasing of cloud services.
