Netherlands: Amended Dutch Telecommunications Act with Net Neutrality measures

An amendment to the Dutch Telecommunications Act introducing Net Neutrality is approved by the Parliament. In particular, the Act prohibits internet providers from blocking or limiting the functioning of internet services on the basis of the transmitted content.
