Adopted Net Neutrality amendment in Israel Telecommunications Law

An amendment to the Telecommunications Law extending Net Neutrality requirements is approved by the Knesset. In particular, the amendment prohibits both Mobile Service Operators and Internet Service Providers to block or restrict the use of any service or application provided over the internet.
