Quality of service measures in Chile Net neutrality law

The Ley 20453 dedicated to Net neutrality, amending the Chilean telecommunications law, is approved on 8 August 2010 by the National Congress. In particular, the Law forbids Internet Service Providers (ISPs) from the arbitrary limitation of the users' right to access the Internet and obliges the ISPs to offer Internet access in which content is not treated differently on the basis of content or source.
