Issued ruling in Korea Fair Trade Commission Investigation into Eduwill

On 4 July 2024, the Korean Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) imposed corrective measures and penalties against Eduwill for violating the Electronic Commerce Act. The KFTC found that Eduwill advertised online lecture products as discounted for a limited period although the discounts continued to be advertised after the announced deadline. As a result, the KFTC imposed a KRW 5 million fine on Eduhill.
