The company must provide information on the age assurance mechanisms it has implemented and details on its internal organisation to ensure compliance with DSA regulations. This includes providing its teams with adequate authority and resources to manage systemic risks. The deadline for the company to respond is 4 July 2024, and failure to provide accurate information could result in fines or periodic penalty payments. On the same date, the European Commission also initiated similar investigations into two other pornographic content platforms.
